A) If the customer wishes to cancel the order prior to dispatch then in this case the full amount will be refunded
B) If the customer receives order/ product to be defective then we would offer a replacement to your order at no additional cost within 3 days of receipt of order
C) If you seem to have received a damaged product kindly inform us immediately, once we have received the damaged product the order will be replaced or the amount shall be refunded
D) Refund towards a certain order will be initiated once the product has been received back by Xtronicsapp
E) Once a Refund is initiated it would usually take around 7 to 10 business days and the money would be credited back to your debit card, credit card, Netbanking, Gpay or PayTm walletan’t find it, it doesn’t exist.
